Nestled atop the highest mountain in Soaeniin, Mt. Azurite, Wildwind Reach is a haven for flying types. The feeling this town gives is similar to that of an old Western town; the shutter doors, the Saloon, the accent, and the general disposition of the people.

The first gym you will likely face, this gym deploys swift, avian Pok?mon. Best keep your wits about you; especially when you see how much higher into the sky you'll have to go just to battle Skyla!

A beautiful area with rather tall grass that could easily hide small, wild Pokémon, Moonspring Walk is a gorgeous route that takes you straight from the base of Mt. Azurite to Silverweed City. Named after the many Goldenoak trees that nearly suffocate the route, you'll end up stuck somewhere without any way of getting on any further if you fail to bring HM 02: Cut along with you. Despite the many trees making travel nearly impossible, the beautiful, year-round golden color is absolutely magnificent to behold.

The aroma that the Apercorn berries growing on these trees produce attracts a plethora of bug- and grass-types, and even some others that simply like sweets.

Better known as "Deathtrap Dunes", it is a harsh change from lush, overbearing forest to desolation on the desert sand.

Ground-types like to bury themselves beneath the sand and attack stray travelers, so be on your guard as you go through the desert.

You will not be able to pass through Deathtrap Dunes without a pair of Go-Goggles which, if one doesn't own, are sold at the Sandcastle shoppe at the beginning of the route.

Amidst the harsh sandstorms of Deathtrap Dunes, far to the Northwest, lies a city surrounded by mountains. Tons of fire-Pok?mon make their homes in these cliffs and are common sights in the city itself.

The gym for this city, however, is located just off the coast of the city, even further North-West, in the Ranpanni Keys. But in order to get to her, you'll need a Pok?mon that can push aside a few heavy boulders that block the ford leading to the sandbanks.

As one would easily guess based on the location, Mia uses primarily fire-Pok?mon, but one or two rock-types as well, so be weary and bring a bunch of burn heals.

The largest city in Soaeniin, this place is not only the literal center of the region, but also the center of practically anything and everything that's trendy and happenin'.

The city is divided into three parts--the Suburbs, the Slums, and the Stations. Centered exactly in the middle of thees three areas are the Domes; three half-spheres that are all connected by bridgewalks. Right in the middle of these three domes is a small courtyard filled concession stands and a large, leveled, circular pavement--this is where all Echotech gym battles take place. The leader, Hayden, uses electric-type Pok?mon; and we hope you're not sensitive to noise, because he only battles in the pulsating music of the night!

There are two train options; a fast bullet train to Piicraet, where you simply get on and arrive a few minutes later. And the second option is a slower-moving train that offers trolleys of items--some unavailable anywhere else. Battles are allowed to be held on the latter of these two.

The Bullet Train takes approximately ten minutes to arrive (a couple in-RP posts).

The Leisure Train takes approximately an hour to arrive (at least a page of posts-ish).

Located at the very top of the Gorge, this is the very pinnacle of the Piicraet outskirts. A single tree, the peachelm, is situated at the top, huge and overflowing with beauty. The perfect place for a picnic or photoshoot--that is, if you can stand the cold. The warm pinks and reds of the tree greatly contrast the cool snowy tones and make for a gorgeous site.

This location is supposedly visited by Celebi every new year. So, on New Years Eve, people from all over the region gather in Piicraet and hang paper wishes on the sturdy branches of this tree, hoping that the Pok?mon will grant their meager desires.

Steep, jagged bluffs that are quite hazardous to hike are what stand between you and the next town. Littered with ground-types, the occasional psychic-type may be seen, but they are rare. Accessible only traveling through the shallow-watered sands on the East of Gyspyroot, this thin road will take you all the way down into the Devanna Plains. The silence, however, is eerie... No Pok?mon are here in the day--but at the night, the ghosts show up. The only way to actually go through t his 'route' is on water; the river is the actual route. Various water-type Pok?mon inhabit this river and enjoy testing trainers' strength.

If not a disheartening one.

This town is full of residents with extremely powerful Pok?mon; if you can barely manage to defeat them, you have no chance at defeating their genius gymleader, Darien, who uses dark-types. He is one of the most powerful trainers you will ever face--perhaps more powerful than a couple of the elite four.

An eternal darkness has settled upon this town; despite that the sun rises to the East, the direction of which they are the furthest on the map, they never see the light of day unless they travel through the mists of Ashdew Crossing. It is said to be a curse placed upon the town when it was but a mere village, by a local witch who had been burned at the stake. The permanently-settled fog is said to be the curse itself, absorbing and nullifying the rays of sunlight from above.
