The lower-middle class and the lower-class citizens dwell here. Fights are common, not just Pok?mon fights--and some people even use Pok?mon as money-makers, fighting them, sometimes to the death, for cash. One wouldn't exactly call this a safe place... But it's cheap, at least. You may find an unfortunate soul residing within that doesn't want to be here, but has no other choice as there isn't enough money for the family.

Otherworld.

Run mostly by those living in the suburbs, and employed mostly by those in the slums, these stations all are very different and serve many different purposes. Three very important buildings in Soaeniin are located here--the Radio Tower, the Tectonic Mall, and the Train Station.
